During the compilation of abinit 5.8.3 in a MacOS cluster with
intel processors, ifort 10.1, the Makefile gets stopped after the
generation of the lapack and complains with the following error

lapack-abinit_5.7 has been built.
config/gnu/install-sh -c -d tmp/lib
make[4]: config/gnu/install-sh: Command not found


We did check that config/gnu/install-sh script exist and test
it by creating a simple directory, but it seems that during the
configure, the Makefile does not include the recognition of the
location of this script... any ideas on how to proceed?
