Thank you very much Matthieu! I have calculated a convergence of rprim for the 20,0 nanotube and see now what you mean. Interesting though is the following: (etotal for different rprim) rprim 2:2:1 gives -421Ha rprim 3:3:1 gives +1.6Ha rprim 4:4:1 gives -481Ha Why does the calculation specifically not work with 3:3:1? Could you please explain what you mean with that the "CNT is superimposed with its images"? What is "CNT"? Thank you for the help. Its greatly appreciated.
