I have to apologize. I think that I know where I made a mistake. The cluster
I'm working on has changed the job management system, which I'm new to. And it
seems that I wrongly directed all my calcs to the same input file, which had
chneut variable inside, and not to the ones without it. So, apparently, all 
the
calcs were being done with the same (wrong) input file.

It was all much simpler when thre were no clusters :-) But thats just
nostalgia.
