You can use the --with-bigdft-includes and --with-bigdft-libs options  
of the Abinit configure to link against your CUDA-enabled BigDFT  
version.

E.g.: --with-bigdft-includes="-I/path/to/bigdft/fortran/modules"
      --with-bigdft-libs="-L/path/to/bigdft/libs -lbigdft -lpoissonsolver"
