Just read the xmgrace manual,. first of all you can print as eps, jpg and
other ones..

Why do you need the reduced? if you insist, you can multiply the x axis by
any
factor to obtain the scale you want. It is just a matter of mastering a
bit more xmgrace.
No related to Abinit :-)
