Hi,
this means that the potential file you use if for Si not Y. Just check
th potential files you copied in your working directory.

Action : check znucl in input file, or check psp file. They must

it means that charge on the atom 1 is different in input file from as
mentioned in Pseudo file. But i don't know how is it different ??
