Intel FORTRAN has an option causing doubles to be real*16. Has anybody
successfully built abinit using 16byte doubles? If you have, can you tell me
how?

When I try this a number of modules fail to build because they apparently
don't
know how to deal with real*16. Since I'm not familiar with abinit's source I
have little clue how to fix these problems.
