Howdy everyone. Congratulations to the ABINIT team for their excellent work
and the wonderful new functionalities of version 6!

For Mac OS X users: I found that (using openmpi version 1.4, GNU Fortran
version 4.4.2)

./configure --enable-mpi --with-mpi-prefix=/opt/openmpi-1.4
--with-plugins-tardir=/Users/dmwood/.abinit/tarballs --enable-libxc=no

built Abinit 6.0.1 fine for me. mpif90 didn't like line 30 of libxc.f90, so I
disabled libxc support, but netcdf etsf_io bigdft and wannier90 all built
fine and tested fine.
