Hi Rahnama,

I think you must do type in the command line:

sudo ./configure


In order to get sufficient permissions
Then:

sudo make

and so on, like it is given in the abinit INSTALL file

it ... it looks to me rather odd that you don't. Anyway, regain
sufficient permission on it with a "chmod 755 configure". Now a "ls -la
configure" should return -rwxr-xr-x. Now it would not be surprising to
me if you encounter similar problem with other files - you should "own"
the whole abinit directory to work on it.
