Hello,
Is anyone dealing with work functions or Schottky barriers?
If so, has anyone a script or a routine which computes the planar and macrospopic average of the electrostatic potential?
The program computes the Hartree potential. So the principal work is done, one needs just to add the ionic part in order to have the needed potential in 3D.
