Hello, Please let me correct typos in the previous e-mail:
t42 -> t54
(This becomes available very recently, in v.4.2.1)
In passing, it would be a good idea to check
X. Gonze and C. Lee, Phys. Rev. B 55, 10355-10368(1997), Sec.VIII
~ABINIT/Infos/Theory/lr.pdf (Sec. 5.1.5), which is available in v.4.2.x

I should have taken time before posting ... (It might be better,
after sleep) Sorry for this.
