IFC command!

Dear abinitors:
I want to analyze a DDB for BaTiO3( such as Test2- 19),
and have read the IFC help, So I have create the files (ifc.files and ifc.in)
But I run the command ifc <ifc.files> log
Error message is
not found.

and I can not find the ifc.

I will appreciate some help.
