Dear Lee Geunsik,

Another aspect is that you may check that your k-point grid does not impose 
a higher symmetry.
Thus, even if ground state electron properties are correctly described, a 
too high symmetry might constrain your system leading to wrong phonon 
frequencies.
It might worth to break symmetry explicitly.
