To all,

I've been having problems compiling abinit
version_4.3.4 and version_4.4.3 on the IBM SP machine
"squall" at Maui.  I'm using the same makefile_macros
that always worked in the past.

 Typically the problem goes away if I reduce the level
of optimization from O3 to O2.  In some cases I need
to compile without any optimization but then I get run
time errors.  Here is an example of the type of
compiler errors I'm getting.
