- Subject: shared memory option in compilation
- Date: Fri, 4 Nov 2005 10:55:26 +0100
Greetings everyone
I am trying to compile an abinit source with Intel compiler (ifc). I would
like to use abinit on a cluster of machines, ie. the MPI-parallel version of
abinit.
The problem is that MPICH implementation installed on that cluster is not
using shared memory. Therefore, I would like to compile abinit source so that
it doesn't use shared memory. I have searched through the
Machine_dept_files, but I couldn't find any example ofthat option. Neither
could I find it in the makefile_macros_help.
Could someone help me with this problem, ie. tell me which line should I
include in the makefile_macros file, so that shared memory is enabled.
Thank You in advance
