You should have a look at the "Src_main/cut3d.F90" file too. Depending
on the version of ABINIT you are trying to build, the "use netcdf"
statement might be misplaced.

This is a bug which has been reintroduced three times, and which I have
definitely fixed (I hope !) in the upcoming version 5.1 of ABINIT.
