Hi,

Thanks for help. I have built netcdf and cut3d according to your advise, 
however 
I am still not able to get output from cut3d in netcdf format. In example, 
when I'm trying to read abinit density file, I get following error after 
choosing NetCDF as output (option no. 12):

  Enter the name of an output file:
sample.cdf
   The name of your file is : sample.cdf
 NetCDF is not defined. You must choose another option
  Task           12  has been done !

What is the reason of this?
