- Subject: accuracy of the function sincos

Hi,
In the code for the function sincos, under the notes section, it is mentioned
that the algorithm places strong constraints on accuracy. May I know what
would be the error like compared to an exact computation? What order will the
error be?
I have been trying to reproduce the local pseudopotential obtained in ABINIT
in
Matlab. But, so far, I have been getting a maximum error (maximum over the
values on the fft grid) of 1e-3. Apart from the spline interpolation
procedure
(which I have employed Matlab native function), I think I reproduced all the
main steps in ABINIT. Any suggestions will be most welcomed.
Thanks,
George
