Dear Matthieu
I'm using a Version 4.6.5 of ANADDB prepared for p6/LINUX computer...
I'm sending you the related files attached to this e-mail... The inputs for ABINIT for the generation of DS files and the another for ANADDB. Additionally, you will find the outputs and log for the e-ph calculation. The GGK file is almost 15 Mb...
Probably is just a matter of memory, but there is something that make me think... As I calculated 3 perturbations for 2 irreducible atoms in 6 q-points I have two sets of 18 1WF, one for each atom... I can merge each set sepratelly, but when I try to merge the two resulting _GGK into one the same message Segmentation fault is shown... What do you think.. ??? I'm puzzle....
Best Regards....
F. Torres
I also obtain this message: Segmentation fault... when I tried to merge two _GGK files
