PS: you'll see in your log file that there is no reference to normsq_xxx
These are the routines which process the matrix elements once all have been read in for a given qpoint, so basically the code is reading in data, throwing it away because it's not complete for a given qpoint, and going on to the next one. Then it gets to the end and tries to do something, but no data has been preserved. Crash.
PPS: to everyone. There may be cases where you don't want to broadcast to the entire internet what you are working on. You can either try to reproduce the bug or problem with a different system before writing the forum, or remove specific mention of the elements you use, but we can't do anything if we don't know what you're simulating (space group, cutoffs, etc...). So as a rule, if you want a diagnostic you'll end up telling us the whole truth anyway. You should watch "House M.D." for inspiration.
