Dear Experts!
Is there a acronyms list or another reference about shortenings in the output files? Most of the information is not understandable due to heap of shortenings like scfcge,FRMS,fourwf,nonlop,projbd... and many others.
The specific names scfcge, fourwf, nonlop and projbd are mentioned in the output file only in the timings section.
If you are not interested by timings, you can forget about them.
Please read the abinit_help file
http://www.abinit.org/Infos_v4.6/abinis_help.html
more specifically, the section on the output file
http://www.abinit.org/Infos_v4.6/abinis_help.html#outputfile
These are names of specific subroutines of ABINIT :
http://www.abinit.org/package/robodoc_4.6.5/Src_5common/ scfcge_F90.html#robo678
http://www.abinit.org/package/robodoc_4.6.5/Src_2ffts/ fourwf_F90.html#robo252
http://www.abinit.org/package/robodoc_4.6.5/Src_2nonlocal/ nonlop_F90.html#robo512
http://www.abinit.org/package/robodoc_4.6.5/Src_4wfs/ projbd_F90.html#robo590
The index of all ABINIT subroutines for v4.6.5 is accessed at
http://www.abinit.org/package/robodoc_4.6.5/masterindex.html
You can have additional information
about ABINIT structure in the file (version 4.6.5) ~ABINIT/Infos/ Notes_for_coding/programmer_guide
(this file is not up-to-date, however).
However, may I recommend that you take the time to do carefully the tutorials 1-4 ...
Best regards,
Xavier
