Dear Yves,

I encountered the same problem on an IBM Power5 machine

../configure FCFLAGS_XMLF90="-bmaxstack:250000000 -bmaxdata: 2000000000" FCFLAGS="-bmaxstack:250000000 -bmaxdata:2000000000"
make

seems to solve the problem

Best,

Dear Abinit users,

I know my problem is known on IBM AIX Power 4 computer, however I looked at the FAQ and did not found a satisfactory answer.

I just compiled the 5.2.4 abinit version" on an IBM AIX Power 4 computer.
I try to run it (abinis) and get the error message below:

I tried the option -bmxdata:2048000000 as described in the FAQ but whith no success. However, the makefile has largely been modify since the answer of the FAQ has been written. May be did I include it in a wrong place.

Does somebody could help me please ?

Thank tou very much
