Dear developers,

I've been able to successfully compile abinit 5.4.0 in Windows XP with gfortran (22nd of May) and this time, surprisingly, with all the plugins except fox and etsf-xc. It looks like the build process is maturing well. The latter two I had trouble with because they require smart-config which the mingw loader does not like.

I should be able to wrap up a few binaries soon.

Tests are being made as I write.
