Hi Hemant,

Generally a f90 compiler will assume the fixed format if the source ends
with ".f" but free format with ".f90".  So, if your source does end in
".f" I suggest adding the compile flag "-freeform" and perhaps 
"-extend_source" as well (with the pathscale compileri).
