Hi,
If the automatic tests passes (you know how to check that, don't you ?) do not worry. This is only informative prints. However this may be also a symptom of the problems reported by Joe earlier.

Dear all,
I have compiled 5.4.4 version on two different opteron clusters using pgi-7.1 .1 and pathscale-3.1 compilers. Running my job I see in the log file:
-P-0000 == DATASET 1 ==================================================================
-P-0000
dtsetcopy : copying area algalch the actual size (^C^@^@^@) of the index (^A^@^@^@) differs from its standard size (^@

dtsetcopy : copying area kberry the actual size (^T^@^@^@) of the index (^B^@^@^@) differs from its standard size (^A

dtsetcopy : copying area nband the actual size (^D^@^@^@) of the index (^A^@^@^@) differs from its standard size (^A

dtsetcopy : allocated densty= T
dtsetcopy : copying area mixalch the actual size (^C^@^@^@) of the index (^A^@^@^@) differs from its standard size (^@

^@^@^@)
dtsetcopy : copying area shiftk the actual size ^@^@^@) of the index (^B^@^@^@) differs from its standard size (^A^@

However, if I run this job using 5.3.4 version I don't see such symbols:
-P-0000 == DATASET 1 ==================================================================
-P-0000
dtsetcopy : copying area algalch the actual size ( 3
) of the index ( 1 ) differs from its standard size ( 0
)
dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area kberry the actual size ( 20
) of the index ( 2 ) differs from its standard size ( 1
)
dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area nband the actual size ( 4
) of the index ( 1 ) differs from its standard size ( 1

dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area mixalch the actual size ( 3

dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area mixalch the actual size ( 3
) of the index ( 2 ) differs from its standard size ( 0
)
dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area occ_orig the actual size ( 320
) of the index ( 1 ) differs from its standard size ( 184
)
dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
dtsetcopy : copying area shiftk the actual size ( 8
) of the index ( 2 ) differs from its standard size ( 1

dtsetcopy : this could be a bug
I tried to lower optimization options but the results was the same. Should I ignore such unreadable symbols or not?
thanks,
Sergey
