BTW, ABINIT can automatically find the primitive cell
from the input of the conventional cell. Kindly see,
http://www.abinit.org/Infos_v5.4/input_variables/vargeo.html#brvltt
(set "brvltt -1") You can find relevant input examples 
in the test* directory archived in the ABINIT tar.gz ball.
(just try "grep -r brvltt ... ") This is often asked here,
so you can find some e-mails in the forum ML archive.
