  i do not know how to use "--disable-bigdft" option of the configure script and rebulit abinit. Please give me some instruction to do it. Thank you very much!

This problem is very likely related to BigDFT. Please use the
"--disable-bigdft" option of the configure script and rebuild ABINIT.
