Dear abinit friends,

I try to compile abinip and I encounter a small problem.

make[8]: Entering directory 
`/home/willy/tmp/abinit-5.5.4/lib/bigdft/bigdft-1.0/src/profiling'
gfortran -I. -I.  -I../PSolver -O2 -c -o timem.o timem.f90
Error: Can't open included file 'mpif.h'
 In file timem.f90:204

The file mpif.h is located in /usr/lib/mpich/include/mpif.h

So the only thing I need to do is to add -I/usr/lib/mpich/include/ to
execute the gfortran command properly. 

Where can I make this setting default for the gfortran command? I
assume that running configure should do the trick, but this is not the
case.
