I do thank both of you to reply me. Now I have understood many things
which I didn't know. I also have questions on running an input of
optic lessons.
As you know I have GaN, with four atoms in a unit cell and ecut 50Ha,
considering the points you have kindly mentioned, can I run an optic
input in a quad (CPU 2.4GHz*4) and 7GB ram in parallel ?! I mean is
it reasonable or the run is too heavy for such system ?
Also, for calculating the transverse and longitudinal dielectric
constant, should I have two input files with different rfdir one 1 1 0
and the other 0 0 1 forexample?
Finally, can I run the optic inputs for slabs that have vaccuum
(consider Mr. Gonze's paper on response function)?
Best regards and wishes
Takeshi
