A quick search in google give me the information that the
mca_btl_tcp_frag_recv routine belongs to OpenMPI.

With just these two lines, it's hard to guess what's wrong. Either give
some more information about your environement (compiler, flags,
host...) and your run (input file, or relevant parts) so we can try to
find if this comes from a bug in the paralelism in ABINIT or comes from
a problem in your MPI implementation (in that case, contact your local
cluster administrator).
