Hi,

It really depends on the calculation and its state at the time of the
power shutdown. For a usual ground state calculation, since you don't
have any intermediate file you can not restart. For multi step
calculation, like cell optimizations, response function, ... There may
be some ways to restart taking into account some part of the previous
job. Yet, you may agree that it is very difficult to help you
efficiently if you don't give out accurate informations (have a look
here : http://www.abinit.org/community/netiquette ).
