We have some troubles with MPI read of stdin also with our small cluster
and pgf. The solution is to compile ABINIT with --disable-stdin and to
provide a file ab.files which contains the usual in/out pseudo... files.

So instead of doing abinip < ab.files > log, we do abinip only and we
take care of naming the file ab.files.
