Thank Alain and Damien for the reply. To answer some of the questions,
the MPI version is mvapich/1.0.1; "--with-mpi-level=1" gives
inconsistent output (sometimes succeed, other times crash); t_kpt+spin
test fails for 8 cpus. So far the only practical solution is to use "--
disable-stdin" as Damien suggested.
