Dear Abinit Users,

I can not transform my file 'dgn_condo_DS1_DEN ' using 'cut3d.exe' (see the corresponding communication below). What can be a reason?

  Does this file contain formatted 3D ASCII data (=0)
   or unformatted binary header + 3D data        (=1) ?

  1 => Your file contains unformatted binary header + 3D data
  The information it contains should be sufficient.
  cut3d : read file dgn_condo_ds1_den from unit number 19.

 hdr_io : ERROR -
  The first line of the (WF, DEN or POT) file read in unit  19 is erroneous.
  headform is       44, while it should be 23, 34, 40, 41 or 42.
  Action : check the correctness of your file.
