Note that the problem you have might arise from the fact your using a 32 bit OS and you have a 64 bit binary. What happens if you try a 32 bit one?

../file abinis
No such file or directory

From [..abinitbin_seq-4.6.5]$ file abinis gives
abinis: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, AMD x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.4.0, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), not stripped.

So that's strange that the file command didn't see abinis from Test_in
