Hi,

Have you already looked at the Abinit's tutorial on optical properties ? I guess you will get a good starting point from there even if some work will still be needed.
Since no one among the GW users/developpers have already answered, it is possible that no one has a black box doing that. So it may happen that you will need to work a little bit on the code.
