Dear Yann,
  I tried the two methods which you suggested me to do, but both failed. Now, 
I
am using abinit-5.7.3 on a common PC which is very easy to compile
abinit-5.7.3. Maybe I need an computer expert to help me to deal with the SGI
system.  Anyway, many thanks for you kind help.
