Yann suggestion is of course very clean.
It is often a pity to disable optimization on a whole directory for only
one failing routine. So a dirty trick to try before is to go to the
corresponding build directory ... src/68_gw if I remember well and
reissue the compiler invocation "by  hand" from the terminal and change
-O2 by -O0 i.e. /share/apps/pgi/linux86-64/7.1/mpi/mpich/bin/mpif90 ... 
-O0 ... -o cchi0.o cchi0.F90. It it works, go back to the root and
continue the make.
