Dear Prof. Gonze and abinit developers,

I tried v 5.3.0 but the configure fails with following message.

checking whether to use the BIGDFT library... no
../configure[10975]: syntax error at line 10989 : `if' unexpected


The relevant part of configure script is:

  10988     ABI_TRICKS_BIGDFT()
  10989     if test "${bigdft_tricks_bypass}" = "yes"; then
  10990      build_bigdft="no"

It seems that the autoconf macro ABI_TRICKS_BIGDFT() at line 10988 is not 
properly expanded when the configure script is generated.
