It was indeed all about memory. For some reason wy swap was not as big as it
should have been. I increased it and now everything runs just fine.

Could you give some more details about how much memory you should be
using and how much you have on each node? The messages are pretty
clear: there is not enough memory and the job stops.
Could you also send us the 10 lines around :
getghc_cpp.f90, line 69
and
fourdp_cpp.f90, line 426
which should be in your build directory src/*/getghc_cpp.f90 and so
on. This could be a proper bug with a memory leak, so we also need
(please netiquette, guys) input output etc...
